Terms of use
Draft pending legal review.
What Miss Deportes is
A service to meet other people to play sport in the Region of Murcia. We only put people in touch: we do not organise, supervise or guarantee facilities, schedules or match conditions.
Your account
You must be at least 14, use your real identity and one account only. You are responsible for your password. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Proper use
No impersonation, harassment, offensive, illegal or misleading content, spam, result manipulation or fraud. You can report and block any user; reports are reviewed by a person.
Matches and sports risk
Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and must be fit to do so. Everyone is responsible for their own conduct in matches.
Content
You are responsible for what you post (photos, messages, ratings). You allow us to show it inside the app for that purpose. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Level and stats
Level, ELO and achievements are an indicative estimate computed from results reported by players themselves; they are not an official certification.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and may be interrupted or change. If we change these terms in a relevant way, we will ask you to accept them again.
Contact and governing law
